Mark Yale looked over the spreadsheets streaming back from his interests on Mars. Ever since the Flashpoint incident, Titan Transnational had been one of the weakest of the Consortium’s subsidiaries. But Mark knew how to last through the lean times.
What it took was boldness. Audacity.
On Mars, Yale saw the opportunity to create new business avenues. It would take some unconventional methods, but it was within reach. Titan would rise again.
He continued to look through the spreadsheets. Then he selected a target.
Archives you say?
My original version of this included more Shocks as well as Clone Suffrage movement. The idea was that I would pitch a ton of Operations and then just recycle them into hand. Problem? I had to find weird ways to protect the Clone Suffrages. That led to Prisec and Mumbad Virtual Tour. It was alright. Plus my ICE suite had no advanceable ICE!
I think I probably could’ve made it work if I’d rejigged the ICE a bit and put in Friends in High Places, but now we’ll never know (we’ll know eventually).
Instead, I took a cue from Adam’s Red Planet Couriers deck (coming soon to a blog on your screen). I included Biotic Labor and Red Planet, which means we can score those Atlases with Biotic, or we can Biotic to drop an agenda and Red Planet everything onto it. It’s not quite as big bang as getting a Government Takeover down, but it takes a little less set up.
Plus, since we’re Titan, we have the extra influence to fit in Shock and Midseasons, and our Armored Servers, High-Risk Investments, and Project Atlases all get those sweet, sweet counters.
The ICE had to be changed to be nearly all advanceable, and that meant Space Camp would synergize well with Red Planet, Audacity, and our ICE. Makes sense.
Anywho… this is probably not as flashy or as amazing as the Builder of Nations Red Planet deck, but for Audacity, I think this one makes sense.
Also, HAPPY CANADA DAY. 150 years.
