Who, who, who, who
We are the creatures of the night, and we invite you all for dinner
There’s plenty of food to go around, When the food is
We thought a picnic would be nice, and we’re so pleased that you could join us
We’re glad you’re home, trick or treat, falalalalala, how sweet!
Now’s the time, say your prayers
Falalalalala, how sweet! Falalalalala, let’s eat!
The Owl’s Picnic
I don’t know where to put Owl. I mean, you can’t put it in Jinteki. People just assume they have to get their Killer out against Jinteki. The other factions are definitely better, because most people don’t worry about Weyland sentries until Weyland has a Hostile scored. HB is suddenly the Code Gate faction, and their premiere Sentry (Ichi of whatever flavour) can be clicked through. NBN has Data Raven as its big bad, but you can pay for the trace.
So, I guess it works everywhere but Jinteki? Unless you want to waste a Batty on this (why would you instead of using it on a Destroyer?).
Unfortunately, MKUltra is a thing.
So, how do we make it work?
Well, the first thought was to combine it with Kala Ghoda Real TV. If Owl lands, we can pop a KG and kill the card. Great against Yog. Terrible against Black Orchestra.
I put it in Harischandra because I hadn’t built one in a while, which led me to tagging. I want to see your hand and Ibrahim and Hospitality cards away. And I had SO MUCH influence, so I figured we could bring in Mr. Stone! Going through that Data Raven? Please take a meat damage. Etc. Etc.
It’s a taxing NBN glacier deck that happens to do meat damage while actually trying to score Beales and Astros off of a SanSan. Does this deck have an identity crisis?
I’m not sure what to do with Owl.
Also it totally makes sense that Don Bluth would work for NBN.
